Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Everything Sports service and website. By visiting the Everything Sports website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms of Service

When you place an order via our website (www.everythingsports.eu) we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

Product Specifications and Suitability

• Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. Everything Sports shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our Returns & Refunds information below for details.
• Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair an item. Everything Sports cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

• We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all orders within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.
• If your order is urgent please advise this when placing your order so we can put it to the front of the queue.
• Everything Sports has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered, especially if the fault is with the delivery company. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just contact sales@everythingsports.eu with your order number.
• We endeavour to reply to all e-mails of any nature within 24 hours. However, if your e-mail goes into our spam folder we may miss it or it may delay the response time.

Payment

• Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Laser cards, and PayPal. Card charges will appear on your statement as "Sean's IrishFit Ltd ".
• All prices are quoted in euro but you can use our currency changer to pick your specific country's currency. Please be aware that your card will be charged in euro and if there is a sligt currency fluctuation it may differ slightly from the foreign currency value in your order. All prices on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) at Irish rates of 21%. Our VAT Number: IE6419117j
• Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible.  The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your accoun, depending on payment provider.
• If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.

Delivery

All orders will be despatched via Anpost, Anpost Registerd mail or GLS Courier, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched, simply visit your account and follow the steps for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see our returns policy below.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and retun your item 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Please notify us by e-mail if you wish to return an item.
When returning an item please treat it with care and if possible enclose the original packaging with the product.
A faulty good can be returned for a refund or an exchange. If in the case of a product that becomes damaged through normal use then we may return it to the manufacturer for repair or exchange but we will endeavour to get the repaired item or a new replacement out to you as soon as possible.
If returning an item due to incorrect size there may be an additional shipping charge to send you out another item but this varies on a per item basis.

Reviews & Comments

We encourage you to leave reviews, comments and product questions on our website. When submitting information to our website as a review, product question or customer comment you understand that what you have submitted is not copyright protected and you are permitting its appearance on the Everything Sports website.

Liability

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
